Q: How do I know if
I can get the Amazing Video Tours
(AVT) city wide video on my website?
A: Check with your
existing website provider to make
sure they will allow Embedded Code
for video. Please check with your
website provider prior to signing
up with AVT.
Q: How do I pay for
the video?
A: Video will be leased
from AVT on a Quarterly basis, paid
up front as a recurring charge at
the beginning of each 90 day period.
There is a one time setup fee of $99
or $199 (based on package selected).
The first Quarterly Payment is expected
after setup is complete, but prior
to any final product being delivered
to the Client. The Quarter will officially
begin after Client accepts final proof
and makes payment to begin quarter.
If payment is not received, AVT will
suspend editing and hold final product
until payment is made.
Q: Will I own the
video?
A: AVT will maintain
ownership of the video and be responsible
for costs, maintenance, and hosting.
Q: How is the Video
Delivered?
A: No disk, or file
of any kind will be delivered as part
of the final product. AVT will deliver
final product (Embedded Code) to Client
for the purpose of embedding on Client’s
website or blog.
Q: Am I the only one
that will have this video on my website?
A: Client will have
non exclusive use of the video material
and should know that content within
the video will be sold to multiple
clients. Any introduction / conclusion
content including the Client will
be exclusive to their video.
Q: What do I need
to provide for my “Business
Card” video?
A: Client needs to
provide AVT a branding photo, branding
logo, and contact information to appear
for no more then 5 seconds at the
beginning and at the end of the video.
Q: What do I need
to provide for my, “Be The STAR”
Video?
A: Client can select
location for the “Be The STAR”
Video. AVT will travel to a location
of choice specified by the Client
(not to exceed 20 miles from Uptown
Charlotte) as part of the set up fee.
Final intro video will not exceed
20 seconds and closing not to exceed
10 seconds. AVT agrees to travel one
(1) time to shoot “on location”.
If subsequent travel is required,
AVT will charge $50 per hour.
Q: What if I don’t
like the music you selected for the
video?
A: Client has the
right to select alternate music for
their video at their own cost. Royalty
Free Music may be purchased at www.RoyaltyFreeMusic.com.
AVT will not host videos with music
licensed with a recording artist.
Any Royalty Free Music purchased by
the Client is required to be delivered
to AVT as part of original set up,
and NOT after video has been edited,
compiled, and uploaded to the server.
Client is required to provide AVT
with proof of purchase of the Royalty
Free Music.
Q: What about uploading
to video sites such as YouTube?
A: At your request,
AVT will upload your video and associate
appropriate Meta Tags for your website
URL from OUR established YouTube account.
Q: What “say
so” does the client have for
the final production of the video?
A: Client will be
permitted one (1) proof cycle prior
to final delivery of product as part
of set up fee. Client agrees that
any changes to the video (after the
first proof cycle) will incur a $50
per hour charge with a 2 hour minimum
due to encoding (video compiling)
and uploading to web server.
Q: What if I decide
to terminate service with AVT?
A: Client may terminate
service at anytime for the FOLLOWING
quarter. No refunds will be distributed
for mid quarter terminations. If Client
wishes to terminate service, they
may do so by sending a termination
request email to billing@amazingvideotours.com
Q: What else do I
need to know?
A: Client agrees to
allow AVT to have a production credit
at the beginning and the end of the
video. AVT reserves the right to terminate
video service in the event they are
unable to obtain payment from Client.
AVT reserves the right to make minor
modifications to the video material
(for improvement and otherwise) during
the course of this agreement with
or without the consent of the Client.
